Banana Split has said goodbye to its three sexy casts as the show prepares for its third season.Valerie Concepcion, Roxanne Guinoo, and Dianne Medina have been pulled out from the sexy gag show while Cristine Reyes, Angelica Panganiban, Princess Ryan, and RR Enriquez were retained. At the story conference of the upcoming afternoon drama Precious Hearts Collections, Valerie revealed the real reason she was taken out from the Banana Split."Nakikipag-negotiate sila (Banana Split management) sa manager ko (Becky Aguila) about my talent fee sa Banana Split.Hindi sila nagkasundo kaya I was pulled out." Valerie explained that the management was planning to cut down her talent fee which she and her manager don't understand why."Our point is habang tumatagal 'yung show 'di ba dapat tumataas 'yung TF.E bakit kailangang babaan?Unfair din naman.'Yun ang main point ng manager ko.Feeling ko my manager knows what is best for me.Kung sa tingin niya 'yun ang deserve kong talent fee."But the TV host-actress disproved speculations that she is commanding the highest pay among all her Banana Split co-stars."Hindi naman namin napag-uusapan ang TF.I mean I don't know how much the TF of the others. It's not like kino-compare ko 'yung TF ko sa kanila. On our own lang talaga, my manager and I felt na bakit kailangang babaan 'yung TF ko." With her exit from the show, Valerie said that she is sad to say goodbye to the other girls who have been her close friends in the past several months of taping."Siyempre nakakalungkot kasi mami-miss ko talaga sila.Ilang months din kaming nagkasama.Every Thursday na taping namin lagi kaming nagkukulitan, syempre gag show kaya laging masaya.Mami-miss ko sila.Pero ganun talaga ang buhay showbiz." Another controversy haunting Valerie for the past couple of months now is the rumor that she is not really in good terms with fellow Wowowee hosts Pokwang and Mariel Rodriguez.Valerie and Pokwang were recently reported to have had a misunderstanding, but Valerie stressed that everything has been settled right away between her and the comedienne."Hindi ko na nga naiintindihan. Valerie further reacted on the write ups calling her 'sipsip' to Wowowee main host Willie Revillame."Kapag nagbibigay naman kami ng mom ko ng pagkain, even before pa na nasa kabilang network ako, lahat binibigyan namin kahit mga security guards. It's not paninipsip. With all the negative words thrown at her, Valerie could not help but be hurt. "I'm hurt especially if it's not true. Valerie said that she and the people in Wowowee have talked privately and settled everything that has been bothering them."Nag-open forum na kami. Parang family kami."
