MANILA, Philippines -- Comedian Wally Bayola got publicly humiliated while hosting the "Juan for All, All for Juan" segment on "Eat Bulaga" recently.

Shot in Manila on Dec. 3, the segment entailed bringing cash prizes, food and drinks to the house of select contestants. As soon as Wally, Jose and Paolo Ballesteros made their way to the house of the contestant, a young man approached Wally. He was about to touch the comedian's bald head when another guy hit his hand that inadvertently smacked Wally's head.

Although Wally didn't complain about the incident, the barangay officials reportedly hauled the guy to the barangay hall where he was put into custody. But since the comedian didn't file a formal complaint against him, the guy was released hours later.

With the scenario, the TAPE Inc., the management of "Eat Bulaga" scrapped its other segment, "Pambato ng Barangay," so as to avoid further harm on their junior co-hosts.

Wally got upset over the incident, remarking that though he and his group have been in more populated places than in that area in Manila, he did not experience humiliation in those.

"Sa tinagal-tagal kong nag-host ngayon lang ako naka-experience ng ganito," Wally was heard to have told a colleague.

Wally and his group immediately left the vicinity as soon as they wrapped up the segment.

Meanwhile, it seems it wasn't her rumored pregnancy that got Denise Laurel the boot on TV soap "Kristine."

An insider in ABS-CBN told Bulletin Entertainment that the reason Denise is not seen on the Cristine Reyes-starrer these days is because she has been giving the production staff headaches with her diva ways.

Denise reportedly refused to cooperate in shooting some intimate scenes with her leading man Rafael Rossel. To avoid further delay in the taping, the management decided to give Denise's character a rest.

In a previous interview, Denise's manager Arnold Vegafria denied that his ward acts like diva on the set though he did admit to Kristine's reluctance to do daring scenes.

"Nagiging daring na daring na 'yung role niya so some of the scenes hindi niya magawa. May questions lang. Hindi naman siya nagpapaka-diva sa set ng 'Kristine.' Siguro, some of the scenes, hindi pa niya kayang magawa, 'yun lang. Uncomfortable pa siya," Vegafria explained on "SNN" last week.

On Denise's rumored pregnancy, Vegafria explained, "Actually, last week we were together. I didn't see any changes sa katawan niya."

Weeks prior, the actress was written about as carrying Alaska's Fil-Am basketball player Diamon Simpson's baby. When Vegafria "asked her about it," Denise replied, "No. Look at me, I'm still sexy. Bakit my lumalabas na rumors na I'm pregnant?"
