Big Island, Small Town

Dog goes to a very small town on the Big Island of Hawaii to catch his most recent fugitive. In this small town everyone knows everyone and Dog is having trouble laying low. With everyone, including the locals, working against Dog will he be able to catch his Big Island prey?
