Carl Reid, a Syndicate cocaine distributor and his chief supplier Fernando Laroca have created an undetectable series of pickup and payoff locations that have baffled conventional law enforcement agencies. They're planning a huge shipment in 72 hours and the IMF must stop them and recover the drug. Their plan: trick Reid's right hand man, Joseph Conrad, into taking them to the drug. But even Conrad doesn't know where it will be.
