Phoebe is called to the stand and Storm makes it clear that Shane was last seen at Forrester Originals, but Jennifer uses Phoebe to paint a worse picture of Nick. Ashley tells the court about the gunshot sound that she heard, but Jennifer ruins Ashley's credibility but bringing to light the fact that Ashley once lied to the police to keep her own father out of jail.
