Nene goes to Manila with Gabby; and just as the doctor expected, their untimely reunion finally drives the young lady and her baby back into good health. Surprisingly, Nene discovers a great craving for fish balls and ice cream, which incidentally gets her into a big trouble after eating more than she can pay. Unfortunately, the young lady's misadventure raises a heated argument between her and Gabby. Irritated not just with the troubles caused by Nene, but also by her mere presence per se, the lad couldn't help but consistently yell at the innocent young lady.
