Jillian is in denial of her true feelings towards TJ, but surprisingly, it somehow manifests on her actions. In line with her streak of jealousy, she easily decides to give up her job in Flavors of the East and submit herself to the other job being offered to her. Jonathan is thrilled to hear of Jillian's change of heart. In contrast, TJ is enraged upon hearing the news straight from Jillian's mouth. At first, he tries to come up with ways to make Jillian stay in their company, including raising her salary; but upon realizing that Jillian is firm with her decision to leave, he grows even more furious, causing him to relentlessly push her away instead.
