I am a teacher in one of our schools in the city, last April 11, some of the teachers in region IX, were directed to go to Zamboanga city to attend to a ceminar, we were promised to have a stipend for this ceminar for 6 weeks, but when we were there, the WMSU ( the service provider) told us that they never yet recieve the funding for the said program. The ceminar still went on. After two weeks, we the paricipants, were worried and ask about our "stipend" but the regional office personel didn't give us direct answers. Untill when the cimenar ended we never recieve the stipend as promised. Please help us. We, the participants of this program were forced to barrow money from some lending investors in Zamboanga City in order for us to go home.
