FoxCrime made its Asian debut on StarHub Digital Cable in Singapore last October 2006, and was just joined by brother channel FX.

FoxCrime's on-air promos lightheartedly portray inept criminals making stupid mistakes resulting in their capture. The channel’s line-up centres largely around CSI – and that show’s migration from Fox, to Fox Life, and now to FoxCrime – in many ways charts the evolution of the FoxCrime channel.

The positioning of the FoxCrime is consistent with the channel in Europe - a 24 hour factual and fictional entertainment television channel dedicated to crime, investigation and mystery. And core attributes of the FoxCrime being bold, intriguing, and entertaining, are similar too. "However, when it comes to execution, we will do it in ways that are relevant to the Asian audience,” says Terri Seow vice-president marketing National Geographic Channels (Asia) & Fox International Channels (Asia).
